About CE&C

Commonwealth Engineers & Consultants, Inc. (CE&C) was founded in March of 1987 as a multi-disciplinary Professional Civil Engineering Firm. Located in Providence, RI, CE&C provides a single source of professional services to public and private clients.

Our services include Transportation & Structural Engineering, Site Development,  Utility Design, Construction Services, and Environmental Permitting. We also engage and manage a diverse group of local sub-consultants on our projects, thereby ensuring that we can provide all of the engineering disciplines that a Client requires. CE&C and our sub-consultants are local to Rhode Island and Massachusetts, in support of the local work-force and economy.

CE&C's staff comprises Professional Engineers registered in both RI and MA. These professionals have helped to create and maintain a work environment that constantly strives for excellence.

Relevant Experience

CE&C's experience covers a broad range of projects for state highway departments, cities and towns, private real estate developers, other consulting engineering firms and architects. This broad client base allows CE&C to provide a unique level of experience to each individual project.
